The examples below are made out of 100% pro weight air knit polyester. They are assembled using a flat cover stitch on all seams and all seams are reinforced with an extra seam stitch. Custom neck and collar options are available. Double elbows and shoulders are added for extra durability. Cut and sew or fully sublimated jerseys are available. Optionally, we will install fight straps if needed. Youth and adult sizing is offered for all jersey styles. Custom patterns and all NHL patterns are available.

In addition, we can build, support and/or design fully customized sublimated jerseys. Sublimation is the process used to make a very unique jersey, such as leopard print in yellow and purple. These are not stock styles but can still be created to give you an extremely unique product. The process begins with printing ink on paper; the paper is then pressed onto fabric and the jersey pattern is cut out of that fabric. See the middle row of jerseys below for some examples of sublimated jerseys. This process does require a minimum order.
